Synergy research in RES applications
There are many challenges for optimal utilization of renewable energy sources (RES) thanks to their combination in the Czech Republic. Project aim is to achieve more stable system in on-grid RES applications.
Project will initiate organization of working groups consisting of scientists from Czech universities and will follow in cooperation with existing similar groups. In this way will be supported Czech research and development especially in photovoltaic area.
Last but not least aim of the project goal is to establish cooperation with foreign scientists and research institutes for the future collaboration and participation on European projects.
Research has focused on technological development of constituent RES applications and utilization of synergy effects among their installations and devices. As most appropriate subject of research in frame of the project have been seen the combinations among photovoltaic and biomass, wind energy and photovoltaic, solar-thermal energy and photovoltaic, geothermal energy and photovoltaic for climate conditions of the Czech Republic territory.
